Spanish Marcona almonds are the highest grade of Spanish almonds. They have a very high oil content that gives the almonds their distinctive rich flavour. The Marcona almonds come from Catalunya in north-east Spain, a region with a reputation for fabulous food. These very moreish almonds go particularly well with a glass of crisp dry sherry or cava.
